Been a long time since I did a customer love post…here are a bunch of pictures of customers that have come through the New York boutique!
One of my favorite things to do during the holidays, other than shop , is to check out the holiday windows at all the department stores in NYC lining 5th and Madison Avenues. People come from all over the world just to experience the holidays in New York, so when I went out yesterday, the streets were lined with people….too many people if you ask me. But that didn’t take away from all the holiday fun.
The creme de la creme of holiday windows is BY FAR Bergdorf Goodman’s. So yesterday after shopping at the BG’s Designer Sale, I checked out the windows (noticed I said after I shopped, LOL). Here are some pics of the windows…Photos courtesy of Anothernormal.com
PSA Alert! PSA Alert!
So as many of you all know the Roxie dress in Black and Red is completely sold out…Well, Brandon and I have gotten upwards of 200 calls (no exaggeration) on this Roxie dress since it sold out which prompted me to do this Public Service Announcement titled: “You Snooze, You Lose”.
It’s all jokes folks, but if you ever see a Monif C. style that you love, don’t hesitate, move quickly and order because the next day you’ll log on and it will be sold out. Then you all call and say, “Are you guys making anymore?” and then I’ve got to say “No, um…you snooze, you lose…” (I actually did tell someone that today and she bust out laughing LOL).
Ok, that’s all…steps off soap box….
On a side note, here’s a pic of customer Chalonda in her Roxie dress (just to rub it in a little more
We were recently invited by plus industry vet and friend Catherine Schuller to be a part of the Divabetic event that she hosts. Divabetic® is a national nonprofit organization that introduces diabetes education with a ‘Glam More, Fear LessTM’ philosophy, to help women at risk of and affected by diabetes look at their diabetes in new ways. They had an all blue fashion show a few weeks ago and used our “Marilyn” Convertible Dress in Cobalt Blue on 2 different models.
More Weddings using the Monif C. Plus Sizes “Marilyn Long Convertible Dress”! I’ve been holding onto these pics for months and just realized I never posted them. Kim W. got married back in September in Los Angeles and used the “Marilyn” Long Convertible Dress in Fuchsia for her bridesmaids and in blush pink for her maid of honor. I LOVE the fuchsia color, so feminine, but yet not too girly. Her bridesmaids were a range of sizes which shows just how great the convertible dress works on women size 6 or 16.
