So I was at home last night minding my business when I got a text from Mia one of my models…
“Hey Mo, watching the AMA red carpet and most are wearing sequins n beading…its right on target w/what ur doing w/the party dresses!! Congrats!”
I wasn’t surprised, sequins are going to be everywhere this season and even going into the Spring…Although I’m not a big trend dresser, I know the trends given my business, but frankly I know like most people know that sequins are something that have been around forever and you can pull out a great sequins dress 5 years from now and wear it to a party and it will continue to look just as fresh and stylish.
I didn’t get a chance to check out the red carpet, I put on the TV just in time to see Beyonce “wuk up stink” (that’s good in case you don’t know) as my Bajan mother commented, but I did check out the red carpet pics after.
Pink was my favorite one of the night…but…
