An item I want to order says “Pre-Order Today” in the Availability, what does pre-order mean?
Monif C. items are known to sell out very quickly and so we typically offer the new collections a few weeks prior to when they ship.  When you pre-order your item you guarantee you get that item before it sells out!  Often items sell out on pre-order even before we get the stock in.  You are always encouraged to order styles you love as soon as you see them.  You will be charged at the time you place your order. Please note your pre-order item will not ship out until the date noted on your pre-order item.
I am not sure about my size for your garments.  How can I find this information?
Our size guide is located on each product page under the sizes available for the garment. If you still have specific questions about a fit of an item or measurement guidelines, please email our Customer Care department at we will be happy to help.
I’m in love with something that’s out of stock in my size!  What can I do?
You can email us at to double check that this garment is out of stock.  Please note that Monif C. items sell out quickly so your best bet is to order your favorite pieces when you see them!
How do I know Monif C. received my order?
Once we have received your order, you will receive an email confirming your order.  If you have not received your confirmation you can also always email us at We are happy to help!
What sales tax will I be charged for my online purchase?
Sales Tax will only be charged for customers shipping to an address in New York State.
When will I be charged for my order?
All orders are charged at the time of purchase. Note: All pre orders are charged at time of purchase as well.
My order won’t go through, what should I do?
First go back and check that all fields in your checkout process are completed in its entirety. If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, you can email Monif C. Customer Service directly at and we’d be happy to help you!
After entering my billing and shipping address, I received an error!  What’s going on?
When ordering on Monif, you need to fill in all fields in its entirety.  If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly with what your bank has on file. Also the billing phone number should be what the bank has on file. If you are still getting the error message, please contact Monif C. Customer Service at and we’d be happy to help you!
I need to make a change to my order.  How can I do that? 
If you need to change, please contact Monif C. Customer Service. Once our shipping department has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Your order will be cancelled, and you can place a new order with the correct changes.
I just placed my order but I need to add another item to it, how can I do that?
We want you to have as many awesome Monif C. items as you like but the best thing for you to do is place a new order for the item and contact Monif C. Customer Service. If you are shipping to the same shipping address and place your second order on the same day as your first order, we will gladly waive shipping on the second order.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email update with shipping details and a tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All expedited orders placed before 12 PM on a business day is shipped on the same day. All other orders are processed within two (2) business days and shipped. We currently offer 3 shipping methods:
  • Standard Ground -  1 - 2 days processing & USPS Delivery 3-6 business days
  • 2 Day - 2 business days from date of order
  • Overnight - 1 business day from date of order

NOTE: When placing an order for overnight delivery on a Friday after 12pm EST note that your package will not be shipped until the following business day.
I should have received my package by now. What should I do?
Check your order confirmation to make sure you didn’t order an item on pre-order that is shipping at a future date.  After checking your ship date, if your order still hasn’t arrived, email our Customer Care at We will be more than happy to help you track your package.
How do I exchange or return my order?
If for any reason you are not satisfied we are happy to provide an online store credit for any unsuitable items in original condition with all hangtags and labels attached.  Store Credits will be emailed to the address on file within 7 business days. Due to the high demand of Monif C. Products, we do not offer an exchange policy. Please return garment for a refund and place a new order for the new garment/size needed. Click here for Return Instructions.
How long does it take to process my return back into my account?
Once we have received your package, your store credit refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please note, original shipping cost is non-refundable.
I’m returning a gift, what information do you need on the return form?
Include the purchaser's name and address along with your return. Indicate your contact information including email address. Your Monif C. Store Credit will be issued to this address. 
Can I return or exchange items that are purchased on sale?  
All Monif C. items purchased on CLEARANCE are final sale, no return, no exchange. For if any reason, you do return a final sale item, you will be notified via email within 2 days of your return and receive a store credit valued for 30 days to shop on
Does Monif C. offer price adjustments?  
Monif C. does not offer price adjustments at this time.
I have a store credit, how do I use it?
Once you have been given a Monif C. Store credit, you were also given a code. Make your normal purchase as usual on Place your store credit code in the “Have a promo code?” field before checkout. I am an international customer and when I received my product I had to pay extra money.  What’s up with that?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Monif C. does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Monif C. is not responsible for customs duties or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer.   For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
