OUR RETURN POLICY

Please Note: Lingerie Is Final Sale & Not Eligible For Return.

In the unlikely event you have received a defective item or believe it was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@monifc.com for assistance. In your email, it is required that you attach a picture of your damaged item to the email. We'll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item within 7 days of your package delivery.

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE POSTMARKED DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER. 

 

We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us online. If for any reason you are not satisfied we are happy to provide an online store credit good for one year for any unsuitable items in original condition with all hangtags and labels attached.  Store Credits will be emailed to you within 7 business days. 

Please note your original shipping cost will not be included in your store credit. Your store credit will only include your subtotal of item(s) plus tax( if stated on your order).

OUR STORE CREDIT POLICY

All returned items will receive an online store credit that you can use for one (1) year from issuance.  Returned items must be in their original condition with all hangtags and labels attached. Swimwear must be returned with the hygienic strip in place.  For hygienic reasons, we ask that you try on swimsuits with undergarments on.  

Any items returned in any condition other than as originally sent or received back in our warehouse as damaged will not be eligible for store credit. Customers will be charged $12.00 to their account and the items will be shipped back to the customer.

RETURN SHIPPING

We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier and get a tracking number to track your return package. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost returns. The postmark date must be clearly marked on the front side of your packing slip.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 7 business days from receipt of your return back into our warehouse to receive your store credit. Shipping costs will not be included in your store credit.  If you have any questions, please email us anytime at info@monifc.com

Store credits will be emailed to your email on file with your order.

Please note: Monif C. does not accept exchanges at this time.  Customers that need a different size/color for their already placed order should purchase the new size/color and return their current order for a store credit.
