HOLIDAY DELIVERY DATES
In light of the ongoing shipping delays with all major postal carriers, we are strongly recommending that customers shipping orders within the United States order their holiday gifts by December 10th to ensure Christmas delivery.
International Orders are also experiencing delays. While we are not able to make any guarantees on international shipping dates, international orders usually take (without delays) up to 14 business days to be delivered. Please plan accordingly. We offer free ground shipping to customers in the US on orders over $50.
Please allow 3 business days processing time for your ground orders to be shipped. Ground shipments usually arrive within 5 – 8 business days after processing.

When estimating when your Monif C. merchandise will arrive, please consider the following:
1. Credit card approval must be received prior to order processing.
2. We highly recommend that you use the billing address that your issuing bank has on file for the billing and shipping address of your order. Orders with a Bill To Address and Ship To Address that are not the same WILL delay their orders as we will verify the customers information prior to shipping.
4. There are certain holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, etc.) that carriers do not pickup or deliver.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Monif C. does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Monif C. is not responsible for customs duties or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
If you refuse a shipment from Monif C., you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Monif C. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
